What is Jeuveau?

Jeuveau is a botulinum toxin type A injection used in the treatment of wrinkles. It’s also sometimes called the new Botox or “Newtox” for short because it’s a new version of the same active ingredient used in original Botox Cosmetic injections.

While Jeuveau shares some similarities with Botox, there are key characteristics that make this injection stand apart from other botulinum toxin injections.

What areas can be treated with Jeuveau?

It's used to treat frown lines or glabellar lines (the wrinkles between your eyebrows), along with horizontal forehead lines and crow's feet (wrinkles at the corners of your eyes). Since its emergence on the market, other types of botulinum toxin A products have been developed, including Jeuveau.
