Before joining MySkin, I trained in Internal Medicine at University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, and have been a practicing physician for three decades. I’d love to chat with you about all things MySkin or any of my other passions, which include gardening, reading, and indulging my inner fashionista.

Hello everyone, I’m Elizabeth and I am a nurse injector here at MySkin! I’ve been a registered nurse for 15 years and a lover of all things beauty since I was a young girl. Most of my nursing days have been spent in critical care attending to the sickest patients in our community. I loved that part of my career so much, but decided to follow my passion of natural beauty enhancements and join the world of aesthetics. I am practicing here at MySkin alongside our amazing team! I provide multiple services including injectables and lasers. I am also a skincare lover and I’m obsessed with beautiful lips! I’d love for you to come and see me soon!

My name is Breanna Ramirez and I’m thrilled to be part of the MySkin team as a Medical Assistant. I’ve been a Licensed Vocational Nurse for 13 years and have spent the last four working as a Psychiatric Nurse at Orange County Global Medical Center. I’m grateful to have experience working with patients of all ages — from newborns to geriatrics — while also acting as an administrator and owner of two board and care homes alongside my mom. When I’m not assisting clients and patients, you’ll find me raising four(!) teenagers and hitting the books as I work towards my degree to become a Registered Nurse. As a Coordinator here at MySkin Medical Spa, I work closely with Dr. Dorfman to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for every patient as we progress toward their desired outcomes. I have an extensive background in the aesthetics and cosmetic industry and am thrilled to be part of a practice where I can confidently refer colleagues and friends to Dr. Dorfman’s expert artistic and surgical care.
I am proud to bring nearly two decades of exceptional customer service to the practice, where I do everything from scheduling treatments to coordinating follow-up care to facilitating each patient’s ongoing communication with Dr. Dorfman regarding individualized surgical issues. But my true superpower is putting minds and nerves at ease. It’s always my goal to be an ally and advocate for patients, while supplying them with answers to their questions, access to their physician, and reminders about important aspects of each unique care plan.
